ROLE
Excellent communication skills. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend all required meetings and training as scheduled
- Read all posted information in the designated areas so you are constantly informed of what is going on
- Must work in accordance of Clark County health department
- Must have all work cards on their person at all times
- Serve all guest in a timely manner set by management
- Clear all tables, with pre bussing
- Tray service is used at all times for All Food and Beverage
- POS knowledge and efficiency
- Keep all work areas neat and clean, Side stations, Bar, Runner Station
- Knowledge of all Food and Beverage menus, specials, and Property details
- Maintain a positive high energy attitude with guests and fellow employees at all times.
- Complete all side work as directed
- Use teamwork at all times
- Communicate any and all complaints to management
- Always check with MOD before leaving the floor or leaving at the end of the day.
- Positive attitude
- Positive does not mean patronizing
- Insincere positivity isn’t positive at all and makes matters worse
- Organization will help you stay in control of your work space
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of High volume restaurant and bar experience.
- Clark County Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to multi task.
