Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• You will prepare food for cooking.
• You will prepare and deliver trays to patient rooms and clear dirty trays.
• You will operate dishwasher or assist with washing/sterilizing dishes.
• You will clean kitchen work areas.
• You will collect and dispose of garbage.
• You will assist with food stocking.
• You will serve food in the cafeteria.
• You will follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

What Qualifications you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 6 months food service experience preferred previous experience in hospital food services preferred.
