Job Summary:

As a Pit Stop Food Service Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation of food preparation and service. The ideal candidate must be friendly, positive and be knowledgeable about the items we serve. Being able to multitask, work fast and in a safe manner is a must. The candidate must be a team player, dependable and able to abide by all safety rules to provide an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
• Greeting customers and answer their questions about menu items and specials.
• Preparing and serving food to our customers.
• Ensuring safety by following all food safety and health code regulations.
• Providing a clean work space and kitchen clean at all times.
• Making sure that all utensils are clean and organized before and after use.
• Job duties include but are not limited to food prep, cooking food, serving food, basic cleaning and food safety training.
• Any additional task that may be needed.

Job Qualifications:

• This position can be taught. No prior food experience is necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Flexible availability is preferred
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
