Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
Required Special Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:
  • Requires the ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in a college athletics setting
Preferred Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations:
  • Current certification by the CSCCa or NSCA
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting staff in the implementation of sport performance programs for Football, set up/breakdown of training equipment and assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities
  • Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations
  • Establishes and ensures communication and enforcement of rules and regulations for all staff members and student workers
  • Participate and complete all assignment requirements through our formalized program aide education curriculum and attend all staff meetings
  • Benefit from experiencing weekly structured education sessions and the opportunity to learn from experienced and diverse sports performance coaches, including Master Certified Coaches and perform other duties as assigned.
