Carpentry Contractors Company, a part of Lyman Companies, a Division of US LBM is seeking Frame Carpenters for the Twin Cities area (Montrose location).

We are hiring motivated individuals to work as frame carpenters for our residential construction projects. We’re a people first company that’s passionate about continuous improvement. We are willing to train the right entry level candidate starting at $20/hr. Bringing on experienced installers starting at $25/hr+ dependent on experience. Schedule: Mon-Fri: 7:00AM - 5:00PM (8hr shifts)

Wage: $20.00-30.00+ per hour based on experience

How You Will Spend Your Days as a Framing Carpenter:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber, wood, and other building materials
• Attaching building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts
• Erecting temporary structures such as scaffolds and hoists
• Adhering to all OSHA, builder and safety regulations and policies

Framing Carpenter Requirements:

• Experience. Experience in construction or building material industry (Preferred).
• Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
• Teamwork. Team focused approach to work Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance Entry Level. Willing to train the right candidate!
