Title: Free People Junior Account Executive - Chicago

Location: Chicago Showroom

Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Meet and exceed sales and shipping goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis
    • Create and maintain relationships with all accounts (new and old)
    • Uphold brand requirements with each account (minimums, aesthetics)
    • Plan/Execute any Road work and/or in store events
    • Work with CS and Credit to ensure all dollars booked and being shipped in a timely manner
    • RA Processing and tracking
  • Account Maintenance:
    • Enter orders, RA/Credits, review order, etc.
    • Order maintenance (partials, extensions, etc)
  • Tradeshows:
    • Make show budget (LY and Goal)
    • Help set up and break down the show booth
  • Branding:
    • Focus on elevating and ensuring the brand is represented correctly within accounts
    • Create assortments targeted towards each specific account
  • Visuals/Showroom Standards
  • Team Support

Skills:

  • Passion for the Free People brand
  • 2-3 years of wholesale experience
  • Strong relationships with buyers and leadership in the marketplace
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Detail oriented and a creative thinker
  • Superior financial and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, organization and planning skills
  • Must work well in teams
