Union Park Pizza, formerly of the South End in Boston, has relocated to Newbury Street and is looking for cashiers/servers to welcome our guests at our new location on Newbury Street. Ideally this person will greet our customers, answer phones, ring in orders and develop a friendly rapport with our guests.

We make and sell authentically crafted Boston-style pies from scratch using premium ingredients with an artistic approach. Our team works together, has a great time and makes the best pizza in Boston. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who are available full time & part time. We offer competitive pay and tips are broken down hourly and added to paychecks.

Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
• Operating cash registers, and other electronics.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
• Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Knowing the menu, food descriptions, and ingredients in all pizzas.
• Describing pizzas on slice line.
• Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport
• Following all store procedures regarding coupons & gift cards
• Maintaining a clean workspace.
• Cleaning station at the end of shift, including sanitizing all surfaces, sweeping floor, mopping dining area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
