Entering and calling to schedule clinic referrals- data entry-Patient Demographics and Registration
- Insurance Verification
- Calling referring doctors for plan of cares or follow up
- Balances/cash copay collection and deposit
- Front Desk scheduling and phone calls
- checking in/out patients at the clinic
- other various admin tasks
Responsibilities:
- Working within our database, excel, word, etc.
- Insurance Verifications
- Incoming and outgoing calls
- Greeting family members, patients and staff
- Various adminstrative task
- Perform other duties, as assigned
1. Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
2. Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.
