Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent

*Check guests in and out of their rooms *Answer any questions guests have *Make recommendations for activities and restaurants *Store any luggage guests have *Answer the phone and direct the call *Take reservations on the phone *Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
Qualifications for Front Desk Agent

*High school diploma or GED equivalent *Excellent customer service skills *Amazing interpersonal abilities *Amazing time management skills *Incredibly detail oriented *Flexibility to work nights and weekends if needed.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
