We are looking for a friendly and reliable candidate to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, ranging from answering the phone and greeting visitors, to handling requests via phone, email and secure web portal. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the successful candidate for this position will have an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a diverse group of people everyday.
• Provide information about services and locations around the attraction to guests.
• Answer questions about the attractions and give directions.
• Provide information about tickets and vacation packages to guests.
• Assign boarding times for cruise ships.
• Assist guests with strollers, wheelchairs, and luggage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
