Responsibilities of a Front Desk Associate include:

· Exceptional Guest Relations

· Reservations with strong attention to details

· Concierge services to all resort guests

· Cashier responsibilities for winery and spa guests

· General retail merchandising and inventory

· Assistance with social media posting

Requirements of a Front Desk Associate include:

· Clean Background check (Requires the handling & sale of alcohol)

· Two years of hospitality experience (hotel preferred)

· Proven track record of work ethic and longevity in previous positions

· Professional, outgoing and approachable

· Strong written, communication, and customer service skills are essential as well as excellent grasp of internet and computer-based sales systems

· Front Desk experience a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
