- This part time position is for Saturdays/Sundays with the availability to be flexible if needed to fill in during the week
The responsibilities of the Front Desk/Call Coordinator include:
- Greet guests, schedule appointments & answer phone systems
- Assist agents in creating marketing & branding for their businesses
- Prepare materials for sales meetings and training events
- Create updates and post on social media sites
- Assist agents in systems & technology for their businesses
- Manage office files, paperwork and correspondence
- Other duties as assigned
- Required Skills:
- Extraordinary people/phone skills with professional attitude
- Logical problem solving with attention to detail
- Team player with team building mentality
- Goal setting, planning and accountability skills
- Tech experience including Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Google systems with the ability to learn new systems in a timely manner.
- Great verbal and communication skills
- Learning based and results driven
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
