The Company:
We are Camp Rendezvous and we are excited to welcome you to our location in Swan Valley Idaho. We are a destination for anglers, families, and adventurers of any kind. You can find us in prime fly-fishing territory right off of the infamous “Rocky Mountain Fly Highway”, Hwy 26. We are an hour outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming and only 30 minutes to Victor, Idaho.
Camp Rendezvous - Swan Valley is a clean and quiet RV park and campground with a spectacular view of Baldy Mountain. The South Fork of the Snake River and Palisades Reservoir are only minutes away. We have 4 cabins that sleep 4-6 people each, 14 RV pads with 30/50 AMP power & water and 10 tent camping sites. Amenities include showers, laundry, and a fully stocked fly & tackle shop.
The Position:
We are looking for someone to work weekends running the place: Primarily meaning the shop, helping our guests check-in, answering the phone, taking reservations, etc. This position will also require some light housekeeping duties turning cabins should they need to be cleaned on the weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and answer location specific questions.
- Run front store and shop, clean cabins as needed (usually not more than 2 in a weekend).
- Operate the Fly & Tackle shop
- Answer the phone, make reservations, and assist guests as needed.
- Sell merchandise in our store.
- Enforce campground rules to ensure maximum guest enjoyment for all.
Requirements:
- Hospitality background (either personally or professionally)
- Fly fishing experience a plus
- To love what you do!
Pay & Hours
- Sat / Sun 9am - 5pm (but could discuss other hours). Other days may be available as well.
- $15 -$25 per hour depending on experience and commitment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
