OSI Physical Therapy is an independently-owned therapy practice with 8 clinics located in the East Metro area of the Twin Cities - Stillwater; Somerset, WI; Maplewood; Forest Lake; Shoreview; White Bear Lake; Oakdale; W. St. Paul. OSI has been in business for over 40 years and has a reputation for high quality therapy care, excellent patient service, and a highly engaging employee culture. We have an immediate opening for a full-time (.85) 36 hours per week, increasing to a (1.0) 40 hours per week in the future.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and check in patients
• Show caring, respect, and helpfulness for patients, guests, and co-workers
• Perform Patient Chart prep
• Collect co-pays and patient account balances
• Answer phones and respond with welcoming and helpful tone of voice and spirit
• Schedule patients
• Understand health insurance information
• Register patients
• Room patients
• Help organize and clean patient care area

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
