Located along Stockton Street, near the prestigious Union Square, this serene retreat is a short distance from the financial district, premier art galleries, renowned museums, and the city s best-known stores and restaurants.

We are actively searching for an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as Concierge.

The Concierge is to assist guests with arrangements within and outside the Hotel. The Concierge must be able to respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and comply with Taj' policies and procedures.

Provide accurage information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all requests or requirements; anticipate guests needs

Communicate effectively, and sell activities available in the area, ie; theater, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc. and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc

Comply with all Taj Campton Place Work Rules and Standards of Conduct

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and outside contacts

Assist the Front Desk and Front Office as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Prior Concerige experience is preferred

Minimum two years' experience in a similar role

Have excellent customer service and guest contact skills

Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to manage priorities with a high attention to detail.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.99 - $25.00 per hour
