Job description

Job Description: Front desk job that requires managing the driver and warehouse people to ensure quick and easy checkouts, deliveries and will calls. You will have 1 on 1 contact with our cuustomer and must be poilite, a decent conversationalist while keeping on task and managing our staff. Below is a list of our flow for the day to day operations as a front desk person.

Check customers out

o Get products for customers

o Invoice customers before products leave

o Double check invoices

o Sign invoice and have customer sign

Invoicing for wood orders

o Print picklists and put on wall

o Print invoice and have warehouse guys sign

Scheduling

o Work with sales guys to arrange shipping of products on delivery truck

o Work with warehouse guys to have materials delivered on time

o Call and confirm delivery with tomorrows orders with customer

Order sales orders

o Check Trello for orders from sales guy

o Place order with the vendor

LTL

o Arrange for shipping as needed but try to combine orders

o Place tracking number on the sales order in Trello

Schedule UPS shipping/local shipping

o If a parcel needs to be shipped, setup with UPS on computer and get package ready

o Local parcels using SMS and goferit

Receive payments

o Collect money from people at time of invoice

§ Apply to invoices to balance books

o When checks/cc payments come in for past orders apply payment to the account

o Place checks in the green ICCU folder

Ordering

o For sundries and stocking items please take note of anything low and let store manager know

Warehouse guys

o Make sure warehous eis putting new products on shelves

o Make sure warehouse guys are working efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Paid time off

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Boise, ID 83706: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
