Spectrum Orthopaedics is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Lead in the North Canton area. Spectrum Orthopaedics is a key provider of therapy services in an Outpatient setting
Position Overview: The Front Desk Administrator ensures productive day-to-day workflow, excellent patient care experience, and smooth/efficient daily scheduling for all staff members.
Responsibilities Include:

Responsibilities Include:
Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
Overseeing the front desk function and personnel
Responsible for educating patients on the different programs that the clinic offers outside of therapy services.
Responsible for ensuring patients have completed intake paperwork prior to schedule appt.
Responsible for collecting self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurances (when applicable) at time of visit.

Requirements:
Previous Clinic Management Experience, preferably in an Outpatient setting.
