The Front Desk/Receptionist at America Kids Hope Services, is a specifically trained individual who demonstrates expertise in dealing with everything ABA (applied behavior analysis) . In our center, the first point of contact for our patients is the Front Desk Receptionist. As first impressions are lasting, it is imperative that our personnel portray patience, understanding, and professionalism.

What you'll do:

• Answer multi-line phone promptly, taking messages or transferring appropriately.

• Take complete and accurate messages and ensure message delivery in a timely manner.

• Prepare client folders and maintain information up to date.

• coordinate therapist and client schedules

•Maintain insurance approvals and submitting of all documents

• Scan patient documents into Intergy daily, as established by office policy.

• Assist with patient questions.

• Maintain attendance according to scheduled days and hours and uniform appearance standards, according to company policy.

• Always demonstrate courtesy and respect.

• Maintain HIPAA rules and regulations as it pertains to patient privacy.

• Other duties as assigned by Practice Administrator.

Who you are:

• High School graduate or equivalent

• 1+ year experience in ABA field preferred, but not required

• Ability to maintain a cheerful, positive and respectful attitude

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task.

• Superior telephone, computer, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
