Front Desk Receptionist
Job description
Greet and welcome guests by speaking in a warm, friendly and courteous manner.
Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Assist clients with basic requests via phone or in person
Treating all customers fairly and with a high standard of service
Provide quotations to customers as per guidelines set by management
Providing day to day contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Managing the incoming and outgoing mail.
Promotes Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls as necessary.
Answer customer's questions.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Resolve concerns that clients have on the phone.
Oversee and order office supplies and making sure equipment is in working order
Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories
Skills:
Professional communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Proven track record of achieving excellent customer service.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Proven administrative experience
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Requirements:
Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
Proficiency in appointments scheduling and call forwarding
Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
