Front Desk Administrator: Preferably with Retail/Fashion experience and/or a dance background. Position is at a Dance Studio & Boutique. Must have excellent customer service skills and be a good multi tasker, outgoing, friendly, positive, focused, a great communicator, and MUST LOVE KIDS! This is a child-based, mom-centric business. We are very fast paced, highly motivated pack of dancers/cheerleaders/Disney princess personalities. We are very high capacity people and have a huge and very happy client base that is growing exponentially. We want to continue to align with like minded individuals who do what they say they are going to do, with a high level of excellence.

Responsibilities include: answer phone calls and voicemails, follow up on leads, collect & process payments, welcome clients and customers into the studio, register new and current students for classes (sales) as well as manage the boutique, receive and process inventory, marketing and social media. Boutique consists of children's and ladies dancewear & casual wear, footwear, gifts, faith based books, journals, devotionals, candles, etc.

Hours: (Ideally hiring 2 individuals, one to work the mornings, one to work the aft/evenings.
