Summary:
The primary responsibility is providing fast, accurate information to staff, patients, and physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the Operator, meaning answering phone calls in a timely manner
- Navigate CRM to provide proper information to patients, physician offices, insurance companies, etc.
- Check messages on the main phone line and route calls to appropriate personnel
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Sign for packages and deliveries of equipment
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School or GED equivalent
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Data entry skills
- Ability to adapt to change and to multi-task
- Bilingual in Spanish - REQUIRED
Compensation & Shift Time:
- $17-$18
- Monday through Friday - 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
