We are a luxury, Aveda Lifestyle salon with two locations: Wilton Manors and Flagler Village. We are looking for a Part- Time Front Desk Coordinator with Salon/ Spa experience. We are home to an educated group of stylists dedicated to trend and style. Our stylists have experienced the best of what the world has to offer and chosen hair styling as their ideal vocation within it. The position of the Front Desk Coordinator is to oversee the guest appointments, the guest experience, product knowledge, and managing day to day operations. You will promote customer satisfaction, retention, and the growth of existing and new business. You will lead, develop and motivate a team of Hair Stylists to achieve personal, team and salon goals. You will demonstrate reliability and a passion to motivate and inspire!

Requirements:
Previous salon experience a plus
Ability to educate guests on retail products
Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships

Self- Motivator

Goal- Driven, with the ability to multi- task
Able to work a flexible part time schedule, including evenings and weekends
Superior client service
Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn booking system
