Job summary
Amazon Games is looking for a Front-End Engineer to join a new and energetic team focused on building key applications that will directly improve the customer experience for players and game developers alike. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Game teams to learn more about their use cases and cater the solutions to theirs needs. If you love games and are excited about making a big impact in the game industry, we're looking for you!

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with game teams and Twitch to build front-end solutions using React.
• Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies and evaluate technical feasibility
• Focus on operational excellence, constructively identify problems and propose solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code-reviews

• Ability to decompose a problem into clear software and UX design actions
• Experience using modern JavaScript tooling like React, Redux, Webpack and ES6
• Good communication skills; fast learner with ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
• Problem-solving and data analytical skills
