Your Role in Our Family:

• Develop and Train Team Leaders on building culture
• Inspire Team Culture through 1-on-1 Coaching and Training
• Oversee and assist in the regular operations of the business
• Cooperate with Shift Leaders and Directors in executing on business needs
• Lead and Cultivate a Guest Advocate Culture

The Ideal Director:

• College degree preferred, business or hospitality background not a prerequisite but beneficial
• 1-2+ years leadership role experience
