Your Role in Our Family:
- Develop and Train Team Leaders on building culture
- Inspire Team Culture through 1-on-1 Coaching and Training
- Oversee and assist in the regular operations of the business
- Cooperate with Shift Leaders and Directors in executing on business needs
- Lead and Cultivate a Guest Advocate Culture
The Ideal Director:
- College degree preferred, business or hospitality background not a prerequisite but beneficial
- 1-2+ years leadership role experience
- Growth mind-set to develop an effective strategy to increase sales.
- Proven Track Record of Training and Development
- Desire to engage relationally and care for customers and community
- Proven leadership ability
