Job Description:
The Ugly Grouper is looking for a highly motivated, dependable, adaptable, and flexible Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Must help Manager with the following duties & responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the site and appearance
- Ensure loyalty through customer experience
- Proactively manages labor while maintaining superior results
- Performs required administrative duties
- Identify and expeditiously resolve guest concerns/complaints
- Build and maintain a strong, dynamic store team by communicating a clear vision and give direction
- Assures the profit center meets or exceeds its budgeted and is maintained to company standards.
- To follow regulations and duties as prescribed below in accordance with company guidelines.
Skills/Experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a passion for growing a business
- Strong business development and marketing background
- Eagerly willing to learn and adapt in an ongoing commitment to growth and development
- Proficient computer, email, document and internet skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task Minimum Qualifications
Required experience:
- High school or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and a background check
- Management: 2 years
- Business development & marketing experience: 1-5 years
- Be available to work on occasions a flexible schedule that frequently includes weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length
