About the Role:
The demand for treatment for behavioral health issues continues to increase across the US. As a result, Mindpath Health is experiencing tremendous growth and expansion and is on target to become a leader in outpatient behavioral health services that blend human connection with science-based care.

As the Team Lead (Chico Office), you will be responsible for ensuring the front office operations are running smoothly by leading the work of the Front Office Coordinators and Medical Assistants. You will be a resource to the front office staff by providing insight and guidance on front office processes and procedures. This position is instrumental in ensuring the medical environment allows our providers to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills with prior team lead or supervisory experience
• 1+ year of recent admin/clerical experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Experience within a healthcare setting is preferred
• Experience with NextGen desired
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
