This position is central to building connections in our community so that the individual(s) they work with have the opportunity for full inclusion and the gift of living their best life! You would assist individuals with developmental disabilities discover their interests and obtain employment in the community from start to finish. Primarily Monday-Friday, evenings and weekends as needed.

If offered position, TB/physical/drug screen and comprehensive background check will be completed. Vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance required.
Primarily Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm; however, if need arises, hours could be outside of this scheduled time due to needs of the client. Ideal candidate will be willing to flex schedule to provide excellent customer service to SIRS clients.
Education and Experience: High school diploma with previous sales and marketing training or experience preferred. Case management skills preferred. Communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, or train others to accomplish goals experience is required. Ideal candidate would also be able to demonstrate that they are dependable and flexible.

Technology Skills: * Ideal candidate will have an intermediate level skill in working with Microsoft Office programs.
Physical Requirements: Occasional (0-33% of work time) Medium-lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs., repetitive hand motions, fine manipulation, reach/work above and below waist Ability to exert sufficient grip to pick up a 12 oz. can of soft drink. Work while standing, walking, and in seated position, bend twist, squat.
