Animal Hospital of Richboro is an upbeat, fast-paced veterinary practice looking for a Full Time/Part Time Experienced Veterinary Receptionist who wants to care for our client’s animals and contribute to the growth of our close-knit team. We are always striving to better ourselves.

Located in Richboro PA, we provide high-quality, very professional care for our patients. We care about our clients and want them to spend quality time with their pets for as long as they can. We provide full-service surgical, dental, and medical care to small animals.

As a Receptionist, you’re an invaluable piece for the success of our hospital. You are the FIRST and LAST person our clients come in contact with, so a large part of their experience will be up to you!!!!

Job responsibilities include checking in/out clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting fees, problem solving, maintaining electronic medical records, refilling of medications and food, and following doctor's verbal and written instructions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, personal computer and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced, detail oriented, multi-tasking, team environment.
• A love of working with clients and their pets, providing them "service with a smile".
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a frontline client service role in a veterinary, healthcare or retail environment.

This position requires:

• Moving in and out of the building to service clients
• Lifting and carrying a up to 45 lbs.
• Working evenings and Saturdays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
