"Unique position" - modifying windows and doors in our Gunton Pella Warehouse.
Job Description
Attention to detail to insure that sound techniques are used in the modifying Windows and Doors.
Problem solving ability to help customers when problems arise.
Make recommendations for continuous improvement to production line activities, including workflow and efficiencies.
Understanding of Pella window and door products and their use- will train
Carpentry Experience a must
Some Mechanical Experience
Some Assembly
Requirements:Job Duties:
- Possesses excellent customer service skills and a helpful attitude towards internal and external customers.
- Must create a positive, professional image of the Company, including conduct, appearance and attitude.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment used in building products
- Is dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and self-sufficient. High level of integrity.
- Possesses the ability to be self-directed and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Willingness to learn window and door technology and the ability to produce and assemble high quality products.
- High School Diploma or Ged required
