TRC is seeking multiple Designers with gas distribution design experience in the utilities/oil & gas industry. This is a huge opportunity for a person looking to get their foot in the door at a billion-dollar engineering firm who wants to develop their career further. We are looking for people with experience in gas distribution and AutoCAD ideally.
The position is 100% REMOTE that can work anywhere in the CENTRAL OR EASTERN TIME ZONES IN THE UNITED STATES.
Responsibilities:
· Provide AutoCAD design support for large projects and multiple clients
· Learn and become part of the design team for many facets of the engineering services industry
· Generate drawings for field engineers using the field data collection
· Maintain accurate drawing records
· Willing to learn about the equipment represented by the engineering package so that candidate can continuously grow
Requirements:
· MUST HAVE experience in field data collection and AutoCAD design.
· MUST HAVE gas distribution design experience preparing drawings and documentations in the utilities/ oil and gas industry.
· BA/BS from an accredited college/university, Associates degree or certified in AutoCAD is desirable
· Must be able to use field data collected to develop drawings in AutoCAD while working with engineers.
· Maintain accurate drawing records by entering and maintaining drawing database information
· Strong Communication skills are necessary. A strong candidate will be able to have one on one communication with TRC’s clients.
