SANITATION TEAM

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure food safety, quality and legality.

Follow cleaning procedures in all areas

Cleaning of equipment and inform of any damages

Follow all GMPs, safety and personal procedures

Responsible for chemical evaluations/allocations to ensure standards are met

Perform job properly and safely

Assist in other departmental areas as needed

Adhere to all Safety standards

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds (occasionally more); ability to bend, squat, and climb repeatedly for an entire shift; job requires extensive use of the hands for long periods of time; long periods of standing; ability to adapt to varying work environments, such as waste, debris, and cold or hot weather)
