Job description

We are a rapidly growing and expanding specialty, gourmet foods manufacturing and co-packing company seeking general labor personnel. The facility currently manufactures primarily “hot fill” acidified foods but has plans for rapid expansion into ambient fill lines and commercial baking component.

The company is located in picturesque Port Jervis, New York on the upper Delaware River. The successful candidate should be proficient in hands-on facility manufacturing. The successful candidate will oversee and be responsible for packaging products to fill orders, assisting in any and all warehouse duties wherever is needed, utilizing equipment in a safe and timely fashion, and familiar with OSHA standards. Forklift certified preferred but not a requirement.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. The position is open and immediate availability is preferred. Should the successful candidate be willing to relocate, a housing subsidy allowance will be provided as part of the compensation/benefits package. Prior production experience in foods manufacturing and co-packing is a plus.
