Full Job Description

Superior Fibers is the leading manufacturer of fiberglass filtration material which is used in air filters for residential and industrial HVAC systems. We have proudly manufactured these products at our Reedsville facility since 1978. At this time we are looking to fill general laborer positions to help the company grow. We offer an attractive starting wage of $17.44 per hour for the first 90 days with an opportunity to bid into jobs paying at least $19.64 per hour thereafter. Additional opportunities to bid into jobs paying up to $25.74 per hour are typically available within a few years. Requirements:

• No high school diploma or college degree required, but must have basic math skills
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to perform physical tasks that are repetitive
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must observe the highest standards of safety and quality
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime when required
• Must be willing to treat co-workers with respect at all times

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing production environment with exposure to heat and cold
• Working near moving mechanical equipment such as forklifts
• Noise level is generally moderate but can be loud in some areas

Note: the wages shown above include overtime which is built into our 4 days on/4 days off schedule.
