HELP WANTED – GENERAL LABORER
Job Summary
Small family-owned General Contractor in Oak Harbor is looking to hire a capable, hardworking, multi-faceted General Laborer. Projects consist of all aspects of public works projects, generally no more than an hour from Oak Harbor. Depending on skill set, pay scale ranges from $18.00 - $20.00 an hour to Prevailing Wage Laborer. CDL is a bonus, but not required. Equal Opportunity Employer. PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd shift position!
Job Responsibilities
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- General/Preventative shop and equipment maintenance
- May be asked to assist other crews
- Must maintain a clean, safe worksite
- Any other tasks which may come up
Preferred
Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds
Possess a high school diploma – or its equivalent, but not required
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must possess a valid driver’s license
