Work Experience
As an Ōnin Teammate, you are a part of a production team that uses a variety of tools to assemble modules with quality, efficiency, and safety in mind.
- Visually inspect incoming material to production line to ensure no defects
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit
- You’ll use your hands repetitively to assemble equipment modules
- Meet daily production goals through continuous improvement and teamwork
- Keep the work stations, tools and gauges clean and organized
- Follow direction given by Team Leader and Management
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Understand all safety rules and PPE requirements
- Have knowledge of safety equipment in order to know what to wear during certain tasks to prevent safety issues
- Have experience ensuring products at assigned station meet quality standards according to schedule
- Have experience reporting all non-conformities of quality, work standards and rules to the Quality Team Leader
