Job Summary:

Do you enjoy brightening someone’s day? As a General Manager at Nekter Juice Bar, you will build and lead a team to help each of our guests have a brighter day just from stopping by. You will operate one of our locations from top to bottom helping to ensure that the Nekter promise is delivered in every cup. Hiring, training, coaching, problem solving, reporting and promoting will be in your hands. The General Manager for Nekter Juice Bar is responsible for the overall operations, customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in our stores. Your focus would be growing the sales and KPIs of the store while also maintaining an exceptional level of guest service by developing a strong team alongside you. You would provide employees with all the training and resources they need to do their jobs well and to become part of the Nekter family.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As the General Manager of a Nekter Juice Bar location, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while also meeting our company financial and operational goals. You will become an expert in our POS system helping us maximize POP sales while also using our technology resources to ensure we are open and selling during business hours. You will oversee all cash handling including auditing cash handling procedures regularly. Your attention to food safety will be paramount and you will regularly inspect and correct all food storage, preparation and servicing practices to ensure all food handling meeting Nekter standards and the standards of local public health services. You will be responsible for your store’s profit and loss statements and you will work to ensure you are meeting company financial targets. You will have a talent at handling sensitive employee issues with care and tact and following company HR protocol. And you will be energized about spreading our healthy lifestyle with your local community through partnerships, promotions and sampling. A majority of your day is spent on the floor teaching and developing your staff and leading by example

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership with 0-3 years of retail or restaurant management experience.
  • Point of Sale experience. NCR knowledge is a plus.
  • Profit and Loss statement review and presentation skills.
  • Food cost management skills
  • Labor cost management skills.
  • Food preparation skills.
  • Cash handling skills.
  • Passion for healthy food and healthy living.
  • Flexible schedule. Your work hours are based on business needs.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.80 - $26.00 per hour
