Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a General Manager for King Bee in Austin, Texas. We are excited to find a new family member looking to further their Career Journey and help guide one of our most iconic bars and its crew through long and fulfilling careers in our industry. Your focus now will be to master the art of teaching others what you have already learned and through doing so solidify your expertise. You will demonstrate your expertise at teaching and leading others to success in their careers. This is the importance and impact of the General Manager.

A truly great and successful GM will be measured by the growth and success of their team, from AGM all the way to the Security Host. Great leaders create the conditions which allow greatness to arise in others and this is quite literally the magic of this role. Building the foundation of future leaders at PWH will define exceptional GMs and serve as a marker for those ready for the next step along their Career Journey.

• Margins = Benefits
  • Based on Target Margins set by the GM and Director - Tracked by the period. Profits equate to better employee benefits
• Regulars Are Life!
  • Regulars tracking on POS - Regulars and Revenue up = Green, Regulars up Revenue Down = Yellow, Regulate Down (revenue up or down) = Red. Tracked by the period.
• Foster The Culture
  • The average of three scores, 1. Non Security Host & Bar Back promotions VS new hires, 2. Retention, rolling annual, 3. Vision Survey, 90% and up green, 80% and up yellow, under 80% red. Tracked by the period.
