GNB Global Inc. is a fast growing company that is currently accepting applications for Production Worker in our fabric manufacturing plan which is located in Dallas,Texas. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE MOVING TO FORT WORTH, TEXAS IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS. This is a day position. 5am- 1:30 pm with half mornings on Saturday .On the job training will be provided to successful candidates.

Job duties include:

• Daily set up and tool inspections
• Quality testing and inspections, daily and in-process
• Create fabric blocks by rolling out, measuring, taping, cutting, and adding accessories to the completed covers
• Fold and packaging according to instructions
• Operate heavy machinery (training provided) to move completed covers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with little direction
• Ability to produce quality products consistently
• Willingness to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities
• Follow all safety procedures and watch for the well-being of fellow workers
• Operate all equipment in a safe and proper manner to prevent injury or equipment damage
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Attend and participate in regular production meetings
• Listen attentively and use speaking skills to ask questions when expectations are not understood

Requirements

· Can-do attitude.

· Adaptable, creative and innovative.

· Accountability – ‘owns’ the work they do.

· Lift and/or move 34+ kgs and Carrying 22+ kgs

· Bend, sit, stand, walk, twist with ease

· Use hand tools and power tools & work near mechanical parts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.75 per hour
