AON is Looking for a Global Benefits VP - Data & Analytics


The primary focus of the Vice President of Data Analytics & Solution Coordination, Global Benefits Advisory and Solutions is to drive commercial value though the development and delivery of Aon’s data and analytics suite to multinational clients. The role would be accountable for the development and delivery of commercialized analytics solutions, benchmarking and intellectual capital, with a key focus on driving additional revenue from data & analytics offerings.

Additionally, the role will oversee the day-to-day program management and progress of specific strategic growth initiatives under the guidance of the EVP of Global Benefits & Advisory Solutions, responsible for tracking, aggregating and reporting on activities and outcomes globally.

Reporting to: Single hard line to the Global Analytics and Actuarial Leader, Health.

Specialty & Early-Stage Solution Leadership:

  • Accountable for the development and commercialization of existing data and analytics solutions leading to at least $1m of new revenue in year 1
  • Partner with Health Solutions Data & Analytics leader to coordinate development and roll-out of data-based commercial solutions (including associated business plans and performance tracking) for MNCs
  • Drive connectivity between data and analytics solutions with goal of bringing integrated data and analytics solutions to clients.
  • Lead coordination of solution development in line with strategic vision and spearhead the commercialization of Intellectual Capital in partnership with COE
  • Support development of innovative thought leadership by facilitating the collection of feedback from stakeholders around the world

Global Benefits and Multi-National Client Consulting:

  • Partner with Global Benefits Leaders and the Enterprise Client Group to identify target clients, using data and analytics to prioritize and inform go to market strategy
  • Deliver superior, consistent support to the Global Benefits team in deployment of go to market strategy and strategic growth initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attributes

  • Strong business acumen, commercially focused and curious about latest developments in (global) employee benefits
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing; experienced at compiling information, data and presentations
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization (including liaising with senior stakeholders and leadership) and across multiple geographic regions
  • Strong agile planning, organizing and project management skills managing multiple project priorities and workstreams
