Momar, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Government Accounts Administrator. Qualified candidates must have no less than two years of experience working in sales support, a strong customer service orientation, and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, and capable of managing his/her workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
General Responsibilities
- Strategize and work with Momar Government Team to achieve sales goals
- Learn and understand the multiple government sales channels to help generate new, organic sales
- Establish methods to grow sales into current Momar government accounts
- Develop and implement Marketing processes to increase sales and create Momar brand awareness
- Work with Momar Marketing Team
- Enhance any/all Momar websites
- Establish a social media platform with customer focus message
- Ensure Momar is compliant and all documents are current with the US Government and Momar Industry Partners
- Administer and maintain Momar Government Contracts & Agreements
- Maintain and run monthly sales reports
- Analyze reports for compliance purposes
GSA/GSA Advantage/OMS – Responsible to keep Federal Websites and Portals current
- Obtain the initial data from Finance and complete monthly TDR reports and submit Industrial Funding Fee payment
- Update and enhance GSA Advantage product descriptions and pictures
- Prepare and participate in GSA Audits/Assessments
- Prepare GSA Contract Modifications (work with outside Consultant)
- For new product additions, compile Product Information for multiple spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate Commercial List Price spreadsheet
- Maintain Terms & Conditions document required by GSA
- Issue any needed credits to GSA Accounts
- Answer all GSA inquiries for shipping information, past invoices and credits
- Ensure TAA (Trade Agreement Act) and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) compliancy
- Attend GSA Industry Days and other GSA training
Momar Government Industry Partners
- Maintain and update agreements
- Create and maintain accurate sales reports
- When applicable, provide technical service reports for billing purposes
- Receive and review new sales opportunities then distribute to appropriate Momar personnel
- Coordinate all marketing and samples as required
Momar Team Members
- Develop key marketing programs to enhance team member’s sales
- Review all orders for GSA compliance
- Review all orders for rogue government distributors
- When applicable, assist with RFQs and proposals
- Assist in planning and coordinating training and webinars
- QUALIFICATIONS*
- Proficient at Microsoft Office suite of products.
- High competency level with Excel
- Able to quickly lean new CRM and Database.
- Understanding of Haystack and NAV is helpful but not required.
- Willing to effectively interact with Momar customers.
- Ability to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.
