Job Summary

· Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs signage banners and other finished products.

General Accountabilities

· Coordinate with print production, sign production and respective coordinators via Trello to finalize specifications for finished product.

· Use computer software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Fireworks, PageMaker, Flash, etc.) to generate new images.

· Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.

· Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy and selects style and size of type.

· Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, signage, websites, and other media.

· Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material.

· Work with advertising and marketing to integrate copy and graphics effectively.

· Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products or services.

· Prepare specifications for work to be performed by others.

· Review production work and suggests improvements.

· Maintain and consistently update catalog and vault files.

· Coordinate work performed by freelance artists, vendors, and other departments.

· Perform wide variety of duties for multiple departments as assigned or requested, including assisting with offsite event planning, when necessary.

· Maintain and keep work area and surrounding areas clean and organized.

· Follow company policies and procedures.

· Maintain time or production records.

Job Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree

· Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
