Responsibilities for this Position:
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Graphics Specialist, Benefits. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s fundamental defense services. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
Design internal and external marketing materials- Coordination of all Benefits and Wellness Communications with internal and external vendors
- Create and manage editorial Calendar
- Manage online communications platform
- Consolidate content and design materials for benefit newsletter (monthly), wellness campaigns, and annual enrollment
- Administers company benefit programs, including all or part of the following; medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, My Time, STD, LTD, ADA, FMLA, retirement programs, pension programs, unemployment, worker’s compensation, voluntary insurance coverages, and relocation
- May provide counseling and oversee communications in these areas to employees
- Working knowledge in evaluating present programs through research, surveys and analysis of benefit trends to ensure competitiveness
- Working knowledge with internal and external audits
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Developing considerable analytical skills
- Developing basic knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local laws governing areas contained under the scope of this position
- Exercises considerable judgment in applying policies and practices to resolve issues
- Developing communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
- Developing high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- This is the intermediate level position in a field of specialization

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. Combined Salary Range: USD $55,900.00 - USD $60,500.00 /Yr. Company Overview:
