Located in Chittenden, Vermont, our 4-season luxury resort is continually expanding operations. As a result, we're looking to hire team members for new and existing position. Mountain Top Resort is seeking to hire a seasonal full-time Grounds Laborer for the summer months. This job reports to the Grounds Supervisor and performs duties associated with the upkeep of the resorts grounds as well as the grounds of the privately owned homes rented to guests.

This job entails, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining the grounds associated with the resort as deemed appropriate by Resort Management
• The safe and proper operation of all equipment and tools needed to perform job duties
• Mowing and weed removal of lawns
• Maintaining flower beds to include watering, pruning, and mulching
• Trail work to include brush and tree removal, grading and ditch work, debris removal, etc
• Special projects and other tasks as directed by Resort Management

We are seeking candidates that:

• Have the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Have good hand eye coordination
• Have an eye for detail
• Have some previous experience with mowing equipment
• Have reliable transportation
• Are able to work weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
