NEW CONTRACT AWARD FOR GREAT FALLS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (GTF)

DCS is offering ABOVE the standard wage rate.

Defense Consulting Services (DCS) is currently a participant of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP) and was awarded the Task Order for GTF. As a result, we have several immediate Full-time & Part-time openings for Transportation Security Officers to work at the Great Falls International Airport.

ATSA TOTAL RATE $30.00

Pay Structure(labor rate):

Base pay $19.00 per hour worked

H&W $4.23 per hour worked up to 40 hours per week

Fringe $6.77 per hour worked less minimal deductions

Transportation Security Officers (TSO) are responsible for providing security and protection of travelers across all transportation sectors in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications of Employment:

• Be a US Citizen or US National
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Must possess customer service skills
• Have a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent
• Pass pre-employment and random post-employment drug tests
• Candidate must be available to work various shifts and overtime as needed

Description: Perform security screening of persons, including tasks such as hand-wand (which includes the requirement to reach and wand the individual from the floor to overhead), pat-down searches, and monitoring walk-through metal detector screening equipment.

Perform security screening of property, including the operation of x-ray machines to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers; and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft. Control entry and exit points. Continuously improve security screening processes and personal performance through training and development.
