Job Description


Base Salary Start $50,000 - $55,000 / Year
- Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

As the Guest Services Manager, you will act as the ambassador for Guest Services and the report property. You will also manage the Guest Services and Skier Services departments.

As the Guest Services Manager, you will:

  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Manage Guest Services and Skier Services departments.
    • Represents Westgate Resorts in a professional manner at all times
  • Responsible for the hiring, advising, coaching, disciplinary actions, and termination of employees
  • Staff training
  • Provide exemplary customer service both personally and through his/her entire staff to resort guests.
  • Ensure the staff takes complete and accurate phone messages for the Guest Service Reps.
  • Keeps a shift logbook of all daily check-ins
  • Responsible for assuring a smooth check-in and checkout
  • Coordinate the support staff and their daily duties
  • Interact between departments to ensure accurate resort information is communicated between departments
  • Handle guest and employee situations in the departments and assist in solving situations for Guest Services and Skier Services departments.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications
  • Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferably in hospitality but not required.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be flexible with schedule hours and/or days off
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent customer service skills
