• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary

• 1-2 years’ experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
• Some after hours availability required
• Provide your own tools
• Familiar with using a smart phone, email and texting
• Fluent in english required
• Proficient in spanish preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 25 mile radius of Long Beach

• $29/hour paid twice a month
• $150 a month gas stipend based on 30+ hours a week worked
