Overview

We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 15 years.

Duties

The remodeler is responsible for the installation and maintenance of new construction, renovations and other projects. This includes preparing kitchens, bathrooms, showers, restrooms, toilets, sinks, fixtures, etc. The remodeler’s primary responsibility will be to provide quality work in accordance with company standards.

Detailed job duties include:

• Perform all aspects of the remodel process.
• Carpentry
• Framing
• Drywall
• Painting
• Minor Plumbing
• Minor Electrical
• Doors / Windows
• Block Work
• Concrete Work

• Hang New Doors, Refinish, Patch, Repair & Install Hardware
• Drywall: Patch, Hang New Sheets, Tape, Mud, Skim & Texture
• Tile Installation (Walls, Floors, Backsplash, etc.)
• Framing (Walls, Niches, Pony Walls, etc.)
• Painting (Interior & Exterior)
• Plumbing (Set Toilets, Move Drains, Angle Stops, Install New Fixtures, etc.)
• Electrical (Install Outlets, Switches, New Fixtures, etc.)

- Welding and Steel Fabrication (Helpful, but not Necessary)

• Coordinate with other contractors to ensure that work is completed in an efficient manner.
• Ensure proper installation for each project by following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records on job completion dates while maintaining quality standards at all times.

Qualification

Must be able to work in all weather conditions

• Ability and willingness to learn new skills, including the ability to work with other contractors
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, with preference given to candidates with experience in remodeling
• Must have basic math skills
• Experience with hand tools and heavy equipment required
• Pay will Depend on Experience / Evaluations for Pay Increases Bi- Annually

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Phoenix, AZ 85007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (Required)
• Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hand tools: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
