Gardener/Garden Foreman

We are looking to add another team member to our company in the role of Gardener. Mangold Horticulture is a high-end full service landscape maintenance company for the Lake Minnetonka area. We are growing and are interested in adding top level talent to our team.

We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service and grow to do more in the years to come. This is a full time position with the option for it to be a full time year-round position with guaranteed hours in the winter.

Duties:

• Manage and work alongside crew on general garden work weeding and pruning
• Manage new garden client leads and add on sales for existing clients
• Manage and operate fertilizer/weed control programs for garden beds
• Create annual and container plantings plans and implement
• Manage and work alongside crew on spring and fall cleanups
