Southridge High School Head Volleyball Coach

Southridge High School has started its search for our next Varsity Volleyball Head Coach. Southridge is a member of the Pocket Athletic Conference (PAC) and fluctuates from 2A to 3A enrollment under the current classification guidelines. With the new proposal being considered by the IHSAA, we would fit comfortably towards the top of 2A.

We have a rich athletic tradition here at Southridge. The foundation of this success has come through a unified approach in which our Head Coaches throughout our Athletic Department value each other and the role each other contributes to the development of our players across programs. Our coaches earnestly root for each other and support each other in the development and growth of all our athletes and programs.

Southridge has a strong unified strength and conditioning program which we run all year, both during the school day as well as after school and throughout the summer. This is a unified program designed to develop both physical and competitive attributes necessary to be successful in any of our sports programs.

Our volleyball program has an established feeder program in both the Elementary and Middle School levels.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Continue to Grow our Established Volleyball Feeder Programs
• Organize all Aspects of the Program (practice, scouting, equipment, uniforms, etc.)
• Coordinate all off-season activities within IHSAA and Athletic Department Guidelines/Philosophies
• Encourage participation in other Southridge Sports
• Positively Engage/Promote/Grow our Southridge Athletic Culture
• Effective/Appropriate Communication with Families, Players, and Community
• Maintain Appropriate Memberships and Nominate Deserving Athletes for Post Season Recognition
• Passion for Southridge Volleyball K-12 along with all Southridge Raider Athletic Programs
• Abide by all Corporation and IHSAA Guidelines, Expectations, and Policies
