The Exercise Coach is a high-tech health and fitness studio, with a unique approach to achieving results for our clients for over 23 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic Health & Fitness Coach to join our team.

With a science-based approach, we use cutting-edge, robotic equipment to customize workouts for our clients, and achieve impressive results in two 20-minute workouts per week. An ever-growing body of research, as well as the belief of many professional athletes and physicians, demonstrates our approach and technology are the future of fitness.

Our studios are professional, clean, and semi-private, offering our clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment.

Key attributes of the position include:

• Train clients on the most innovative equipment in the industry.
• No prior personal training certification required – we will train and certify you to coach in our studio using the most cutting-edge equipment in the industry.
• Starting pay rate will range from $18 - $21 per hour, with opportunities to take on additional roles and responsibilities.
• Full-time employees receive paid time off and paid holidays.
• Flexible working hours – would include a combination of mornings and evenings, including Saturday mornings. We are closed on Sundays
• Complimentary workouts for employee and significant other.
